Adopt A Digital Youth

Did you know that Kenya has the highest rate of youth unemployment in the Eastern Africa Region at 17.6% based on the recent survey published by the UNDP (United Nations Development ProgramOur mission at The Youth Banner is to tackle unemployment by creating an enabling environment for youth to earn sustainable incomes. We are providing youth and women from poor and disadvantaged backgrounds with computer skills to enable them access gainful online opportunities so that they can economically sustain themselves.

The cost of taking one youth through the complete training is 5,000/-  and we are looking at training 200 youth across Kenya over the next 6 months. We are reaching to our friends locally and beyond borders to help raise 1,000,000/- so that we can achieve this goal.

We thank Intel Kenya for developing a well thought-out curriculum that focuses on developing computer skills specifically for use in entrepreneurship ventures, and also allowing us to use that curriculum.

You can DONATE from anywhere in the world as little as 100/- KES with no limit for higher contribution. This will go a long way in helping these youth become self reliant while at the same time reducing youth unemployment statistics.

Let us partner for the better of our youth and our great nation.

Our Youth. Our Strength. Our Future.
