It targets BEEP club graduates and persons who have run a business for at least six months. Ajira connects entrepreneurs to professionals for business evaluation and support. The Ajira team also helps the youth with business plan assessment, evaluation and fine tuning of specific attention areas in their respective businesses.

The program builds capacity of enterprises in 3 key areas that determine the success or failure of any enterprise. These areas are
Production/Operations Management – Meant to streamline production and operations of an enterprise. It addresses on production methodologies and techniques of an enterprise. It focuses on effective and efficient employment of factors of production looking at the best combination of those factors to achieve the most optimal and efficient level of production while maintaining high quality of the production process as well as the product/service itself.
Financial Management & Book keeping/Accounting – This addresses financial management of the enterprise. It guides entrepreneurs on budgeting for the entire set of operations of the enterprise, determine flow of cash into and out of the enterprise. It provides tools to the entrepreneur to determine how loans invested in to the enterprise will affect profits as well as guide entrepreneurs to determine the best time to inject loans into the business and when best to repay. Finally, it guides entrepreneurs to determine the best level of liquidity for their enterprise
Marketing – This looks at the nature of products/services the enterprise is producing and assists the entrepreneur to determine whether the product/service is suitable. Match product with targeted customer needs, wants and expectations. Look at the behavior/culture as well as demographs and geographs of the targeted customers.
